1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of creativejuicelab.com (the "Site"), operated by Creative Juice Lab LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Creative Juice Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or automated entries through the intake form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems

3. Intake Submissions & Communications

Submitting the intake form is an inquiry only — it does not create a client, contractual, or fiduciary relationship between you and Creative Juice Lab. You represent that the information you submit is accurate, and you consent to our contacting you at the email address you provide about your inquiry. Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the form; anything submitted before a written engagement is in place is provided on a non-confidential basis.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code — are owned by Creative Juice Lab LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google Fonts. Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable, including the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services or for the content of any external sites we may link to.

6. No Professional Advice; No Guaranteed Results

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Descriptions of past outcomes, statistics, or projected results are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of results for your project or business.

7. Client Engagements

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Creative Juice Lab LLC. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to those services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY ILLINOIS LAW, CREATIVE JUICE LAB LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Juice Lab LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Creative Juice Lab LLC regarding use of the Site.
