AI Use Notice
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Purpose
This notice explains how Creative Juice Lab LLC ("Creative Juice Lab," "we," "us," or "our") uses artificial intelligence (AI), including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools, in our work and how that relates to this website (creativejuicelab.com, the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Client engagements are also governed by separate written agreements (SOWs, retainers, or statements of work).
2. Who we are (role)
We are a U.S. technology and creative agency. We primarily act as a business consultant, AI generalist, and back-office workflow integrator. We help clients connect their existing tools (for example CRMs, marketing platforms, cloud apps, and dashboards) with AI tools and automation so those systems work together. We do not sell a standalone frontier AI model, and we do not claim to own the underlying model providers' technology.
3. Where AI may be used
Depending on the engagement, AI tooling may be used to assist with:
- Draft generation for marketing or operational content
- Assisted ops tasks and workflow automation
- Features inside client back-office dashboards (including our "Engine" style modules embedded in a client's own environment)
- Internal productivity while delivering services under a written agreement
AI is used where it fits a project — not automatically on every deliverable or at every layer of a business.
4. Human-in-the-loop (HITL)
Where AI assists with client-facing content or automations that can publish or send outward, we design for human review before client publishing (or equivalent approval controls you configure), unless a written agreement says otherwise. AI is an assistant to humans; it does not replace your judgment or our professional review obligations under a client agreement.
5. What this Site does not do with AI
The public Site's intake form does not use generative AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Submitting the form is an inquiry only (see our Terms). We do not use the Site to train a public model on your intake answers beyond ordinary business use described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party AI providers
When AI is used in an engagement, processing may involve third-party AI providers under our configurations and, where applicable, your instructions and written agreement. Provider terms and privacy practices apply in addition to ours. Specific providers for a project are identified in the engagement materials when relevant.
7. Accuracy and limits
AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should not rely on Site marketing copy or AI-assisted drafts as professional advice. Client deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement; Site content does not guarantee results (see Terms §7).
8. Data in client work
How client business content is handled in an engagement (including any AI-assisted workflows) is defined in that engagement's agreement and related instructions — not solely by this marketing-site notice. Creative Juice Lab does not train CJL-owned models on client engagement content; when third-party AI providers are used, processing is under their terms and the applicable SOW / client instructions.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page will change when we do.
