Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Creative Juice Lab LLC ("Creative Juice Lab," "we," "us," or "our") is an Illinois limited liability company. We operate the website creativejuicelab.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at Contact@creativejuicelab.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not cover information we collect offline or through separate client engagements, which are governed by the written agreements for those engagements. The Site is operated from the United States and is directed to a U.S. audience.

3. Information You Provide to Us

When you use our project intake form ("Start Experiment"), we collect the information you enter:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Your primary goal and biggest challenge, as you describe them
  • Your selections for project type, current situation, and timeline

If you email us directly, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically:

  • Campaign parameters. If you arrive via a link containing UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), we capture those tags and attach them to your intake form submission so we know which campaign referred you.
  • Usage and device data. Our analytics provider (see Section 5) collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, browser type, and device characteristics.
  • IP address. Your IP address is transmitted to the Google services described below as a routine part of serving the Site.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses the following technologies. We do not display a cookie-consent banner; this notice describes what runs when you use the Site.

  • Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 via Firebase (measurement ID G-HRE3C12KQD) to understand how visitors use the Site. It sets cookies and similar identifiers to measure usage. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. Our intake form is protected by reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software signals from your device to distinguish humans from bots. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts. The Site's typefaces are served from Google's servers. When fonts load, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
  • Local storage. The Site stores a single value on your device (your chosen color theme) so the Site remembers your preference. This value never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to us.

You can also limit or block cookies through your browser settings; the Site remains usable with cookies disabled.

6. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or project roadmap
  • To provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services
  • To understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
  • To protect the Site against spam, bots, and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

7. Where Your Data Goes & Who Sees It

Intake form submissions are transmitted to our back-office system at admin.creativejuicelab.com and stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of the Google Firebase platform. Submissions are readable only by authorized Creative Juice Lab personnel — they are not visible to other visitors or third parties, except the service providers described below.

8. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We share information only with:

  • Service providers that host and operate the Site's infrastructure (Google / Firebase, including Analytics and reCAPTCHA), bound by their own terms and privacy commitments
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected information

9. Data Retention

We retain intake submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any legally required period afterward. When internal intake records are deleted, they are automatically and permanently purged from our systems after 90 days.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. To make a request, email Contact@creativejuicelab.com from the address associated with your submission; we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls on our systems and transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
